Forms

When you send the contact or wedding form, the details you type (name, email, and for weddings the date, location, optional phone and message) are sent through our web host, Vercel, and delivered by email to Michael P. Myers using the email service Resend. We use them only to reply to you. The website does not store them in a database.

Newsletter

Temple Library signup is managed on Tatmonkey.com. Entering your email subscribes you immediately, with no confirmation email. We store your email, subscription status, and signup/unsubscribe history using Supabase, and deliver the latest published Transmission and future newsletter emails through Resend. A personal unsubscribe link in each newsletter stops future newsletter sends. Unsubscribing does not remove public articles or erase the minimal records needed to respect your choice. Previously published issues and existing subscription records were imported from Beehiiv; the older Beehiiv archive remains available separately.

To limit automated signup attempts, the server stores a temporary keyed hash of the requesting network address and email. The rate-limit table does not store the raw network address. Contact Michael through the contact form for help with your subscription or data.

Videos, fonts and links

Video previews show a thumbnail image from YouTube. The video itself loads from YouTube (privacy-enhanced mode) only when you press play. The site's fonts load from Google Fonts. Links to Gumroad, Amazon, Instagram, Threads, YouTube and Beacons take you to those services, which have their own privacy policies.

Analytics

This site does not currently use analytics or tracking cookies.
